Use of Myristin® as a Dietary Supplement

bulletUsed over a Seventeen Day Course
bulletThree capsules are taken daily with a small amount of water on an empty stomach, 30 - 45 minutes before each meal.
bulletTwo Myrist-Aid capsules are taken with each Myristin® capsule.
bulletFor many, but not all, these 51 capsules will take care of their needs for several years or more. However, some may need to repeat the full course of 51 capsules much sooner due to their individual metabolism, joint usage, and other factors.

Helping the Effects, Absorption and Distribution of Myristin®

bulletWhile Myristin® and Myrist-Aid are all the dietary supplementation needed by most for relief of joint pain, inflammation, and swelling, some would benefit from further supplementation while using Myristin®.
bulletTaking a 1,000 mg capsule of fish oil (omega-3 type) at breakfast and dinner and one 400 unit capsule of Vitamin E at breakfast for thirty days while taking Myristin® adds to the likelihood of success.
bulletTen days before using Myristin®, anyone with a congested liver should reduce intake of fats substantially if not altogether. Two tablets of heprotase three times a day with meals for ten days is recommended. After this, the liver is set to handle the ingestion of Myristin® more efficiently.

Time for Effects

bulletMyristin® supplement needs up to thirty days for its effects to be felt. Some individuals may notice improvement within two weeks, while others may not notice any effects until well after the 30 day course is finished.
